The programs, conferences, and workshops presented here are designed for the advancement of minorities in the mathematical sciences. Each either targets the participation or spotlights the achievements of minorities in at least one of the following ways.
• At least 50% of the organizing committee is from the minority mathematical community.
• At least 15% of the plenary or invited speakers are from the minority mathematical community.
• At least 50% of the participants expected are from the minority mathematical community.
• There is funding exclusively dedicated for students in the minority mathematical community.
